Cómo tomar las medidas
Pecho: Mide alrededor de la parte más llena del pecho, manteniendo la cinta métrica nivelada.
Cintura: Envuelve la cinta alrededor de la parte más estrecha de la cintura, generalmente justo por encima del ombligo.
Caderas: Mide alrededor de la parte más ancha de las caderas, manteniendo los pies juntos.
